Masks. Mandatory no more. You should have received an email in March, but in case you missed it, we are no longer requiring staff to wear masks during sessions. You may continue to choose to mask, of course, if that is your preference. And some staff may still prefer to mask (either on a regular basis, or selectively, if they are not feeling 100%, for example).
-
Summer! With summer coming up, please keep a few session logistics in mind:
-
Remember to communicate travel plans with your RBT, clinicians, and/or scheduling.
-
We will be keeping regularly scheduled sessions through the summer. If you are interested in adding or extending a session, please reach out to scheduling as soon as possible. Although not guaranteed, early notice will make it more likely we can fulfill your requests.
-
After School sessions are always in high demand. If your child needs afterschool sessions in the fall, you can request to put them on the waitlist now.
-
You can reach out to scheduling at scheduling@greenboxaba.com or call the office and leave a message and we will call you back.
-
-
Office Hours. Of course you already know that you should contact your team directly if you have any short notice cancellations or changes, but did you realize that our official "business hours" are 9:00am - 3:30pm. These are the hours during which admin are in the office to answer and make phone calls and respond to your emails. Also, if you have office sessions, while most often there is someone in the building earlier, it also means that 9:00 am is the official start of our day.
-
Don't forget to create your CentralReach Parent Portal account! Check your child's progress and graphs, communicate with your therapy team, and more! GO NOW!
-
Having trouble creating the account? We can help. Call the office at 571-297-4308 or email Tamera at tmcrae@greenboxaba.com
